My name is Carol Álvarez. I am an accountant but I am also a charcuterie enthusiast! That is why I came up with the tasty concept of WHATABOX.

WHATABOX gives me the opportunity to create the perfect evening, event, get together or memory using the finest flavors, colors and sensations.

I look at every one of my boxes as a new opportunity to outdo myself. I imagine the outcome, I research the possibilities, I go out in search of the best ingredients, and I get to work.

One of my goals is to create perfection when I combine beauty and flavors. Another one of my goals?...Is that feeling of joy that overtakes me when I am able to share with others one of my creations.
